Monday, December 21, 2009. Snow, Snow Everywhere! My last class was Thursday, I finished my visiting teaching, and I was ready to get started on Christmas. My throat and nose had a different idea! The body decided to get sick so I've been coughing and blowing my nose while I watch about 20 inches of snow cover the outside of our townhouse. Thursday, March 31, 2011. Spring Has Sprung in DC! This is the most beautiful time of the year in Washington. When you drive into the city over the 14th Street Bridge, you can see all the cherry blossom trees in full bloom. My sister Judy and my daughter Aimee were there to cheer me on! Judy was the photographer. I'm sure Mom and Dad were smiling from heaven and glad that I was still trying to accomplish things in life. Zufelt Family Feb 2015. Sunday, September 28, 2014. Halawa Food Experiment of the Day. I've seen this on occasion around but never in force like here. Halawa seems to come in all varieties so of course I decided halawa with chocolate was a good way to test it out. Just for kicks I asked the kids what that noise was. They didn't know. Ben guessed it meant the operator sound. Ashlyn says, "Dat's the one dat someone's tired.
