(WAVY) - A judge rejected a plea agreement for a Chesapeake woman accused of sex acts against children in Virginia Beach. Melina McPherson entered a guilty plea. The judge did not accept the plea. McPherson's case will now go to the Virginia Supreme Court, so they can appoint a judge outside of Virginia Beach. He is a former assistant dean at Regent University.
