I have somehow become an expert while walking on crutches, wearing socks, taking a shower, still I need to assist my leg. I feel discomfort after about an hour of sitting. I’ve been too busy with the rehabilitation lately and I couldn’t manage updated, sorry:/ But when you see the pictures below, you will understand how it is worth it…And besides I am finally crutches free person again…Yaay! If I sit more than 30 mins guess what? And need to stand up and take a short walk. Always keeping in mind that the pain should be my guide. I believe it will be all gone soon (will it? I feel sore and stiff in my hip but I’m getting used to it. I’ve been doing the same exercises. My body, especially my hip, was stiff and I had so much difficulty in moving my leg. My experiences with Femoroacetabular Impingement and its surgery. October 23, 2014. Actually, it has been 23 days. I missed my 3 week anniversary:) Remember. Day 15: I started avoiding hip flexion again (not to wear socks, pants, put on shoes). Day 16: I was examined by Physical Therapist M.D. We decided to start PT for 30 sessions. Day 17-18-19: I started to feel more pain in my groin. As a result to be honest I felt down. I could only do basic exercises and rest most of the time. Day 20: I started PT.
