Go vegan raw for at least a week. Publish a book (via Blurb). See a movie on opening day. Print photo books for each of my kids. Join a yoga class. Go on a REAL vacation. Take a photography class. Sign my kids up for ballet/gymnastics. Get all of the kids to sleep through the night. In their own beds. Finish reading a book.

Whats everybody got against winter? Winter is my favorite time of the year.and its got me wondering why everybody gets sick of it so quickly, when I hope it lasts a bit longer. I actually like the cold.it makes coming home even better, and sitting by a roaring fire with a glass of wine is the best way to end a day. I like to shovel snow.I get a workout in, when I dont typically (read = rarely) workout. It is peaceful, still, and serene.which beats loud, busy and stressful any day. Happy 1st Birthday, CG!

It might not win any awards at a chili cook-off but it's oh so yummy and can be prepared ahead of time in the crock-pot or whipped up quickly at the end of the day. 1 small bag frozen corn (or 1 large can). 1 can of black beans. 1 can of BUSH'S brand mild chili beans (optional). 1 large can of diced tomatoes or two cans regular size. 2 cans of HORMEL brand chili with beans (the only brand I buy). A box of chicken broth (I never buy it canned anymore).
