On Flexibility | In my tummy
https://inmytummy.wordpress.com/2011/02/22/on-flexibility
And on my mind. Big Green Salad →. February 22, 2011. I’ve said it before, I’m not flexible. I can’t even touch my toes. It’s something that I work on and hopefully one day will achieve. Or I’ll at least achieve greater flexibility. Aside from being physically inflexible, I’m pretty inflexible mentally. When I got home, Jason told me that the rice cooker had never started, so our rice wasn’t ready. Plus, it was already 8 o’clock and I still had to make the Korma. http://healthblurbs.blogspot.com/2010/08/margaritas-scales-n-stupid-numbers-and.html
From healthy eats, to fitness tips, to how to simply be happy:. Friday, August 27, 2010. Margaritas, Scales 'n' Stupid Numbers (and Why You Shouldn't Take Them So Seriously). So last night was Mexican night i.e. way too many margaritas, chips and salsa in one sitting, with salt overload might I add. The margarita glasses were rimmed in salt, the chips were swimming in salty goodness and our limes (for the tequila shots later on) were even coated in salt. Why, I don't know? I promise you that. More people...

Vegan Booty: Onward and upward
http://veganbooty.blogspot.com/2010/08/onward-and-upward.html
Notes from a Vegan Athlete. Friday, August 27, 2010. Ironman 70.3 Augusta. Is just 30 days away! Oh my gosh, oh my gosh, oh my gosh. I've been tracking down some last minute additions to the team. Originally, I didn't think I'd need one. I didn't think that the Savannah River would be that cold in September, but it turns out that it is! I checked out the current temps of the river in the Augusta area, and they're already cold enough to make a race wetsuit-legal. About when you can wear a wetsuit. The wat...

Roasted Garlic Naan Bread
http://www.eatliverun.com/roasted-garlic-naan-bread
Eat, Live, Run. Roasted Garlic Naan Bread. October 11, 2010. I’m a bread girl. Always have been. Yep, I’m a bread girl all right. However, even though I love it, I definitely don’t profess to be some sort of bread guru. Friday, for example, I wanted homemade naan with my channa masala. And had no earthly idea how to make it. Where does one turn with that craving strike? What does one do? Friends, allow me to show you. Have you had your coffee yet? Go grab some—I’ll wait. So are you in? This is where you&...
