Friday, March 18, 2011. Some days I hate checking my email. I dread it, actually. Why, you ask? Takes so much time to sift through. So many annoying emails. I do realize how much of it I am personally responsible for. I have added myself to these "daily deals" email lists. Trying to "save money" on things I supposedly spend money on. Only I don't, um, spend money on those things I end up buying. Like Groupon. Muncharoo. Dealpulp. Living Social. All those cool one day deals. Ah I feel much better now.

Tuesday, January 25, 2011. Went to a Chris Tomlin concert in February of 2009. Someone from church offered us free tickets at the last minute. Sat in box seating for the first time ever, it was awesome. I could totally get used to that treatment. Two summers ago, August 2009, Bee took a photography class. Thursday, January 1, 2015. Goodbye 2014, Hello 2015. 2014 was not my friend. I've made some choices and people I love have made choices this past year that have affected me and have left me wounded and broken. Let me be clear, my own bad choices are most distressing to me. As the year comes to a close, I am hopeful that 2015 can be a year of redemption, new opportunities and incredible spiritual growth. I have read this verse in 2 different places recently and feel very strongly about the truth in it.

Wednesday, June 23, 2010. Boy, getting back into the blogging habit has been hard! I really want to, but when I have time to sit and think - I'm too tired to think! Summer is going full force around here and I'm really not sure where June went. The girls both ended school great. Rachel ended second grade and had all "excellents" on her report card. She also completed her Gifted and Talented ISP - which amounted to her first research paper. Wow! I will be glad to have them at the same place next year.
