Saturday, May 28, 2011. Final Blog of our term. First I want to start this blog by saying that after reviewing the unit 3 evaluation I haven’t progressed much further, but I haven’t slipped too far back either. So, at this point with balancing all the aspects of my life status quo works. Physically, is definitely the next major work that will be done. I plan to continue my spiritual and psychological journey as I have been. Has my well-being improved? I think it has. I find that I breathe more deeply.
