We ate it too fast! However, there really is nothing to it, so just follow the simple recipe and you will be good! 6-8 chicken breasts (I like to cut chicken breasts in half lengthwise so I get more pieces out of it and they are thinner and cook faster). 1 can artichoke hearts.
