I would buy a beautiful property in Fallbrook. CA because nothing beats San Diego weather and it is close to the ocean which our family loves. The property would have lots of beautiful trees and enough space for an Organic Garden and bike paths like you see in Yosemite where you can ride bikes, roller-blade, take long walks, etc.
