The April showers are reassuring us that it is indeed spring, and this week will wrap up our eight week Fitness Challenge. This last week will go back to the basics we started with in Week One. Challenge One: 200 minutes of Cardio. Challenge Two: Keep track by writing down what you eat. Points: 5 points per day you keep track. We only have 2 weeks left! May 11, 2013.

I felt strong and comfortable nearly the entire race (miles 10 and 11 were on the rough side though! On the way home the next day, we went for a run at Providence Canyon State Park. Wednesday, May 13, 2015. Turned out to be a wet weekend for the Friday night Glo Run and the last River Run Training run Saturday morning, which was another great turnout despite the weather. Many Thanks go out to Jim Bush and Shari Kirkpatrick for the organization, great routes, giveaways and support each week. Race Weekend.if you have never made the run across the bridge, either in last years reincarnation of the River Run or in any of the earlier versions, I highly recommend it! 8 mi - Vann/Walnut.

Some great runs in Newburgh, in Indy at the Mini, Strollin Jim and Columbus on Saturday and the Pig on Sunday. Another big turn out for the River Run Training Saturday morning as well, one more week!
