Thursday, 16 October 2014. The visit is part of a UK-wide tour of BID towns and cities and will inform a report to be submitted to Government at a later date, on the UK high street and BIDs, highlighting areas of good practice as well as challenges to growth. The visit follows on from a week in which Southend BID visited the Town Team to look at the Falmouth partnership model and contact made by Belfast City Council who are also looking at the Town Team partnership idea.
