The Blunt Family: January 2009
http://bluntfam.blogspot.com/2009_01_01_archive.html
Friday, January 23, 2009. Trying to catch up. I guess I had to have a break.it seems we stay so busy from Thanksgiving through New Years. Then we taper off and don't have much to report. It's been nice though because we don't have things planned during every second of every day right now.phew! We laughed and figured it was just an idea one of his grandma's put in his head. Then a couple days later, he randomly mentioned a baby sister again. I said, "Oh, you want a baby sister? Oh, my there he is! View my...

The Blunt Family: March 2009
http://bluntfam.blogspot.com/2009_03_01_archive.html
Thursday, March 26, 2009. Doing something then maybe we’ll decide it’s okay for him to continue to do it. With all that being said, I have no clue what prompted the time-out from the picture below (any number of two-year-old antics I suppose).but apparently it was wearing on our poor little guy. He was done crying and when John looked over at him, this is what he saw. Isn’t it hard to be a two-year-old in this day and age? Posted by The Blunt Family. This time was John’s idea. The day before th...So yes,...

The Blunt Family: November 2010
http://bluntfam.blogspot.com/2010_11_01_archive.html
Wednesday, November 3, 2010. September 1st we left on a family vacation. We drove to Salt Lake and stayed there for 6 days hanging out with Auntie Angie, Uncle Bo, Zach, Nathan and Uncle Aaron. It was a really good time. We did so many fun things with them. We rode a real train up to Ogden and went to the Children's Museum, which is amazing! Tyler had his acting debut there during an interactive reading time where they have the kids come up on stage and act out the story the person is telling. I think we...

The Blunt Family: June 2010
http://bluntfam.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html
Saturday, June 19, 2010. That's what makes Caleb happy these days! That and his big brother, who is his favorite person on the planet. Life is good when you're 6 months old and the best part of your day is playing with your cute little grape-like toes. That's how his day is, but life with two kids is crazy busy.great, but busy! The cool thing is Tyler also broke his first tooth on his 6 month birthday.so we're consistent at least! My goal is to get back to blogging and keep up with this so I'll post pict...

The Blunt Family: February 2012
http://bluntfam.blogspot.com/2012_02_01_archive.html
Saturday, February 18, 2012. That hurts a little. Well, today it was time to make a take a BIG step. John and I decided after Caleb was born that we are done having kids. It's a decision I'm absolutely good with. The problem is not that I want more kids, the problem is that taking baby stuff out of my life means my kids are no longer babies. There is the OUCH! It tugs at my heart and makes it ache just a little.right.over.there.and there too. Realistically I know that holding on to the baby stuff doesn't...

The Blunt Family: September 2008
http://bluntfam.blogspot.com/2008_09_01_archive.html
Monday, September 8, 2008. Nobody (and nothing) is exempt from timeout. I should start out by telling you that we are not the meanest parents in the whole world who give our child timeouts all day long. However, he has had his share of timeouts. There are days that I can’t remember the last time he had a timeout. There are other days that we struggle to get through 15 minutes without at least the threat of a timeout. One day, I heard Tyler playing and saying over and over, “Timeout! So I’m going to...

The Blunt Family: July 2009
http://bluntfam.blogspot.com/2009_07_01_archive.html
Tuesday, July 14, 2009. At our friend Brycen and Johna’s house, they set off some fireworks for the kids. I’m not sure who had more fun, the dad’s lighting the fireworks or the kids watching them. Pretty sure the dad’s win! Though the kids thought it was pretty great too. She’s a cute little blonde! Tyler and his "wife" Gigi, watching the guys set off fireworks. Tyler, Gigi and John, CHEESE! Waiting for it to get dark enough for fireworks. Part of the finale.one of the better pictures.

Sunday, November 30, 2008. Happy Turkey Day.gobble, gobble. Hello our family and friends! We hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving. We are sad that we couldn't be with all of you on such a family oriented holiday. To a great level though. They cooked the turkey, boiled the potatoes and baked the pie all themselves. It was all so delicious! Helping ball up the rolls for dinner, he is such a good helper. Tyler is so in love with his Nanny. Posted by The Blunt Family. Hangin' out with my Buddy! Jordan a...

Saturday, January 2, 2010. Catching up to the New Year. Oh so many things have happened since my last post. After vacation, we settled back into everyday life.working, playing, just hanging out. Before we knew it it was Halloween and time for trick-or-treating. Last year was pretty fun because Tyler enjoyed the candy, but this year was just awesome. After much going back and forth on what he wanted to be he finally settled on a monkey.and a cute little monkey he was! We are a hugely blessed family and co...
