Free date night - yahoo. We had some friends come over to babysit their kids. Then they babysit ours. One of my close friends swears she owes her marriage to weekly date nights.so we do.no matter what, I love it. Trading babysitting with other couples just helps make the planning easier. We had the best time going camping. I realized that I hadn't gone camping with the family.probably ever becuase I have either been pregnant or had a baby for the last 7 years. So, we all packed up and went. It was so much fun! We went to the Natural Bridge Caverns near San Antonio. Here are the caverns inside.it is amazing to see. The kids loved it. Stacy B&W - upload for work. Stacy, it was so fun to keep the kiddies last night. And I just read all your other posts- Im quite a ways behind. We dug up the remains of last years garden and planted a garden for this year. We planted strawberries, tomatoes, cucumbers, squash and potatoes. Last year the birds at most of our tomatoes so this year Mike built a net cage around the garden with a door. Hope we get some veggies to actually grow. More to come later. Does anyone smell smoke.I think there is a FIRE! This first picture is taken from our front porch. Mike and I go to the next yard to get a better look. The pic below is from the neighbors yard to the West of ours. Keep in mind that this was the first 5 min of the fire.no police or fire trucks yet. uh.scary. Stephen broke his leg :(. He hasn't been complaining at all. We obviously have to help him everywhere around the house. He has asked to go play in the sand and be where the other kids are so we cover his temp cast with plastic and let him sit in the sand box. This is Stephen helping me peel veggies. We went to our friends' house for Family Home Evening. They have horses, chickens, roosters, and tons of cows. The kids were able to pet and feed the horses. They loved it. Mike called me at work and said he was in the ER with Christsia. Her heart reat was 290 BPM, and had been for three hours by that time. He said she came to him crying after playing outside. She said her heart was hurting and she threw up. I got to the hospital about 8:00pm and walked into the scene below. Mike mentioned something about going to the store. Christsia said that she really really loved TRIX cereal. After she came home from school that day. Jack learned this little song at school.it is adorable, particularly the part "give a bump. Stephen has just about got his ABC's down. My church had a craft day.
