In Cozumel, Mexico quickly engulfed us as we arrived and were warmly greeted with “maloob kiin” (Mayan for good day) by the staff. We were instantly pampered with cool wet towels and drinks as the staff took care of our luggage and helped us to our room. Most of our activities were booked through.
