The life and times of the Smith family. Yeah, you read that right. We’re going back in time doing a little, or rather a lot, of catch up. Let’s go back to summer time fourth of July. We celebrated sweating on our back porch. Thank goodness for the water table! Eve also took her first steps that week! We also had a great little feast of ribs, coleslaw and cumber salad with Jackie. Saturday, January 30, 2010. As most of our other Oklahoma friends, this weekend was spent in doors after the "Blizzard of 2010." Part of me was glad to see the snow, as we missed the "Christmas Blizzard of 2009," and I was also glad that we got less ice than expected, but more snow than predicted. We celebrated with family today. A simple but fun party! Corbin had a beautiful cake made by our friend Marina. It was an owl theme and Corbin enjoyed her "ow cake cake" which is what she called it.
