Who We Are – Family Promise of Northern New Castle County. Family Promise of Northern New Castle County is a non-profit, 501(c) 3 organization that prevents and ends homelessness for families by engaging faith-based congregations, volunteers and donors. Every family has a home, a livelihood and the resources for lasting independence. 2015: Five Years of Keeping Promises for Families Experiencing Homelessness. Over 35 congregations engaged, 800 volunteers and four staff. 2012: Pathway Programs are launched.
