Thursday, March 31, 2011. Wyatt turned 3 months about 11 days ago and boy has he been busy since then! Our little baby has learned how to roll from his belly to his back - this is fantastic except that he does it at night and then wants to eat. That is a big change for me because he has been sleeping 11-13 hrs since he was a month old! He was making a trilling noise - very cute indeed! Mommy killed Santa Claus. Wednesday, March 30, 2011. Monday, July 11, 2011. Last week's meal plan worked well - the only exception is that we ended up going out to eat on night so that night's meal got pushed to this week. Not bad! Here is what this week looks like:. Tuesday: dinner out, at Chili's (hoping to get an email coupon today for kid's eat free like I have the last 3 months). Thursday: Steph's Southwestern Chicken and Rice Casserole. Salad, chips and salsa. Friday: Breakfast for dinner! Pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, and fruit salad.

Saturday, July 2, 2011. The Monkeys are back! Finally, my two oldest monkeys are home and my zoo is complete, once again. I love how well my monkeys love each other - when we got to their grandparents to pick up David and Allison, the bypassed mommy and daddy to go straight to Wyatt to give him cuddles! It makes my heart glad that they are so bonded. Wyatt was jabbering at them most of the way home and giggling at their antics. Of course, Mike and I. Ally with her "baby". David, looking so grown up.

Saturday, June 26, 2010. I still want to call him my baby (and will always think of him that way), but my little boy is now 6! He is full of life and one of the most empathetic people I have ever known. He is smart and creative. He loves video games and drawing and swims like a fish. Wednesday, January 5, 2011. Christmas.told in pictures. Following the string to the present Santa couldn't fit under the tree. All that beautiful wrapping.so quickly undone. What Wyatt did the whole time.even while his presents were opened by his older siblings. Santa Claus came early. Santa came early this year and he brought us a baby! Monday, February 28, 2011. Room change and big news. I mentioned the idea to Michael. We decided to give it a trial run - last week we let Ally sleep in David's room every night to see how things would go. It went swimmingly! We gave them the boundaries (no playing, no getting out of bed, and don't let us hear you) and the punishment (no t.v. the next day) and they followed all the rules, without any complaint! On Sunday, when the kids got home, they were SO excited! Oh, I almost forgot the big news!

Tuesday, July 20, 2010. Yes, yes, these are greatly delayed, I know.but, here they are - better late than never, right? David's room (natural light is good to play in, but not so good for pics lol). Nursery (haven't done much yet, obviously). Living room, angle 2. Study (see, that's me updating my blog! Kitchen, angle 2. The man cave, I mean garage. There you go, that's our house! Wednesday, April 20, 2011. The silver lining and thinking outside the box. Saturday is going to be spent at my parents farm celebrating Easter with my parents, brother, sister-in-law, and us, Sunday David is getting baptized (WOOT! And we are hosting Easter lunch at our house. So, I was planning on getting all of my shopping and Easter preparations done on Monday since that was basically the only day that I could do it. From The Betty Crocker Cookbook. 1 lb bulk Italian pork sausage. 1medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup). 1 clove garlic, crushed. 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves or 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves. 2 cups Muir Glen organic diced tomatoes (from 28-oz can), undrained. 1 can (15 oz) Muir Glen organic tomato sauce. 12 uncooked lasagna noodles (12 oz). 1 container (15 oz) ricotta cheese or small-curd cottage cheese (2 cups).
