May 6, 2012. ELTON JOHN was in Mankato! I still cant really understand why he would come to a small arena like Mankato but I am not complaing. I went to see him with Jax, Nate, Laurie and Duane. Ryan was super Daddy and stayed home wtih Carson so this Mamma could have a night out. I was a little worried he would play Diva and come on stage late and only play a few songs but he was AMAZING! Nov 3, 2012. We packed in as much Halloween fun as we could given the fact that Carson has had a case of Hand, Foot, Mouth this past week. We did a MSU Halloween party with the Mavericks. He had so much fun with the activities but did NOT like Stomper the mascot. He still talks about the "cow" daily but we have now convinced him the "cow" is our friend. Poor little guy had to miss his Halloween Party at school but we still made it out Trick or Treating (just not putting his hand in the candy dishes)!

Feb 7, 2013. Carson has been enjoying seeing his cousins these past few weeks. He started off January watching his big Cousin Cole play basketball. Carson loved the games and sat and cheered on his Cole throughout the games. A little help from the popcorn and Gatorade kept him entertained. We are proud of you Cole! Swinging in the Winter? Apr 16, 2012. Oh how I've missed this place. ARIZONA SUNSHINE.nothing better! We were welcomed to AZ by Papa Randy and Grandma Sharon as well as Great Gpa and Gma Bassett. Carson was all smiles but was bummed with allergies and the appearance of his 2 top eye teeth. SO FUN to be teething on vacation! Wink wink) Poor little man, but he was a trooper. Ryan was able to get 3 rounds of golf in which made him a very happy daddy! One of many stroller rides. Should I be playing in here? Posted by Bassett Swanson.
