Is it sad that a highlight for our family is a trip to Costco every other month? I think not. But it's debatable. This house is entirely life consuming and it's starting to get tricky. We signed up to put some serious sweat equity into this bad boy and our time for action is fast approaching! So besides contracting the dang thing we have taken on the installation of the hardwood flooring, the siding, roofing, all trim and moldings, landscaping, now tile laying, and I'm sure there's more.
