Thursday, August 29, 2013. As July started, I thought to myself, "OK, my due date is this month but everyone told me I'll be late with my first one so I'll just plan on having a baby in August." Little did I know that a little surprise would come just two weeks later! But that's another post. Before the baby came. This is my last belly picture! Usually this is a Sunday I look forward to as a time to sit back and enjoy a good show full of both funny and spiritual moments. However, this year was much different. Sunday, November 6, 2011. Halloween, Utah, and Primary. It's been a busy couple weeks for us! Andit's about to get a lot busier. Today I was sustained as my ward's Primary President. Thursday, June 14, 2012. Last weekend my brother Mark came home from his mission for our church. Yay! He served for two years in Mexico City. I was very proud of him, but also very excited for him to come home. I got really lucky: he flew through LAX on his way home! We got to talk for about an hour and he met Scott for the first time. Wednesday, September 11, 2013. It's a little late, but here's TJ at one month! Why do women enjoy reading birth stories so much? Is it because we like to commiserate? Are they really just that fascinating? Regardless, here are the details of my baby's birth. We'll call him TJ :). Yes, it hurt! It didn't work, and I wasn't surprised. I don't think I really expected it to. But I was relieved because I officially tried everything, even though my belly was bruised! We got to the hospital at about 5:30 AM....
