Delicious food with a side of gluten-free. Time for a Recipe. February 1, 2015. The main ingredients you need are an onion, can of chickpeas, a block of feta, a lemon and some fresh chilli. It really couldn’t be simpler or quicker. Chop the onion and fry in some oil in a relatively deep pan (recipe is a one pan dish).
