This trim is tricky! - Rejoicing with the Truth
http://nuranar.livejournal.com/359881.html
Rejoicing with the Truth. Reader, singer, seamstress, saint. This trim is tricky! May 27th, 2015 at 7:07 PM. I'm looking for other examples for ideas/clarification. Here' some of what I've found. Gown trim looks padded. Petticoat trim looks bunched; probably not padded. Not box pleated. Not positive what's going on here. Maybe a zigzag row of ruching, which is then bunched into loose box pleats? Nicole did zigzag ruching on her polonaise. Just for interest - honeycomb smocking. Or what looks like it to me.
