One of the things that I don’t understand is this: Eliot references many previous works within the poem, so as to enrich his text without having to make it a million pages longer. This technique then requires that the reader be familiar with these works in order to grasp the full scope of meaning that Eliot is trying to convey. Monday, November 24, 2008. 我的感想是：对于所做的任何事情，尤其是在教学上，是有必要作反省。因为教学是要不断求改进，有反省就有进步（本人感想）。反思老师给的结论：人类因梦想而伟大，因反省而进步. 今早，是最后一堂课了！感觉有点轻松。从中，我们要学会反思如何了解学生，将自己成为反思型的教师. 对于学生的智商来说，我个人如此认为学生一般的智商是受环境主义所影响。因为，一个再聪明的孩子，如果缺乏环境的培养，他是很难发挥其智力至最高的境界。Sternberg 所建议的智力可以被教导，的确是事实。接着，个人认为文化上的差异，或许可以进行一些文化交流、文化表演等；. 因为透过这些活动，学生彼此之间就能更了解彼此，进而接受不同的文化背景。当学生彼此之间有了深一层地了解，同侪之间的互助学习就会更深入。如此，也能间接对学生的学习产生正面的影响。教学本应不止教导学生知识而已，人格的培养、培育，对教育者而言（本人感受）是应该也一定要有的。透过分组讨论，再加上教授的补充，让我更深一层地去辨别哪些是属于好的客观形式题目。 Sunday, November 23, 2008.
