Both recipes are blog posts from last year that you should check out. When I made the chicken, I also made her birthday cake. She found the recipe on Pinterest, and as usual, I tweaked it a little. I do that a lot so I can post the recipe and not feel like I am stealing it from someone. It was hands-down the most amazing cake ever! It is easy to make, too! 1 c sour cream.

You use a sauce that is high in sodium and sweeteners, maybe also packed with other preservatives. These are healthier, though. Making your own sauce is much healthier and tastes so good. 1lb lean (90/10 or leaner) ground beef. 1 large can tomato puree. 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced. 188; onion, minced. Paprika, to taste. Cayenne pepper, to taste. Ground black pepper, to taste.
