The biggest weapon i have in my arsenal to combat all these negative thoughts is prayer.never in my life have i been so prayerful and i cant believe i've lived my life without prayer. it helps comfort and set aside things that shouldn't bother me. i will continue on this path and simply remain grateful along with being prayerful.
