May 17, 2012. The Rush of Politics. 8212; Leave a comment. Portlanders are known for loving their library. A number of factoids reinforce why it is such a community jewel – it has the second highest circulation behind NY Public Library; it is the oldest library system west of the Mississippi; and this year represents the 100th anniversary of its Summer Reading Program. Far From Perfect | A Maine Girl and Her Farmhouse Adventures

A Maine Girl and Her Farmhouse Adventures. August 12, 2015. I recently redid my living room. Since moving into Boxshop, the Painting has been sitting in the corner of my dining room, waiting patiently for a permanent home. I decided that the colors golden yellow, dark brown and sagey green on a pale gray-lavendar background – would be perfect in the new living room. I skipped down to the thrift store found a new (old) framed print for $10 and viola! The results were perfect. Posted in Old Home Love.

Also I have been reading The Yoga Sutras, so my first resolution "honesty, truth, cleanness, obedience" is a line from that book. Hopefu...
