Sunday, June 28, 2015. And again the birds got all of our oranges but not all the grapefruit! We didn't make any stops along the way to visit so journey didn't take quite so long. That being said it sure was special to have Big Bro come down and see us! Also his wife and one of his daughters.we hope they do that again! On return to WI we went via WY. Got to be in on a little of the birthday celebration for this little man! One we especially miss is this man. Lots of special memories. Monday, March 3, 2014.

Tuesday, October 16, 2012. Family reunion time is coming.2013. Our branch of the family is working out the details of our next reunion. We had hoped to find a place in Minnesota near where our one set of great-grandparents homesteaded but we couldn't find anything. We had heard of a place in NW Nebraska that has had good reports so we went with that.hard to believe it has been 5 years or will be 5 years next summer since our last one ( look here. About 10 years later. Pushing 20 years later on this one.

This really needs an up date.we started our journey to Texas a little earlier this year that previous years.Left home in time to be in WY for Thanksgiving.had a special time there.with little munchkins and their parents. Family farm turned from beef operation to dairy. Wednesday, August 21, 2013. Holding area and loafing barn concrete poured. Our crew really worked hard today pouring 140 yards of concrete from 8 AM till 5 PM! Poor fellows must feel beat after today. They did a great job though. Jeff and Terry got a lot accomplished today as well. Washer and dryer ready to use! Water lines just about finished. Pouring holding area using wheel barrels. Notice concrete truck just fits! Simon and Dad had to build up a hole left behind after the water went down, so the milk truck could drive on the road.
