Saturday, February 11, 2012. The potato skins I used one of Rachel Ray’s recipes and the Chew demo as a guide- they were great and I didn’t have large amounts of guilt from eating them. I used the potatoes that I bought from the my farmer friend in Oct. (yes stored correctly they were still good). The skins are very tender and thin on fresh potatoes. 4-5 whole potatoes (depending on how many people you are serving). Take out of oven and sprinkle the bacon bits on. One of my childhood faves}. Without the guilt, but still with all of that great flavor. First Street Chicken Leg Quarters. 2 cups of plain yogurt. Juice of 1 lemon. 2 garlic cloves {minced}. Chopped parsley {to taste}. 1 1/2 cups of Panko breadcrumbs. 1/4 grated Parmesan cheese. And then dredge in the crumbs.

Just in case you'd like to know a little about me. I waited a LONG time to find him. I waited a LONG time for them as well. I feel grateful EVERY day for them. Even when they make me crazy. When I'm not walking dogs, or wrangling chickens, I'm usually in the kitchen. My house is NOWHERE near as clean as my sister's. This drives me crazy as well.
