Thursday, April 17, 2014. A clear accordian folded card. Many thanks to 2Pea Pal, Sarah Spencer from her new blog, All Things Papercraft. For the inspiration to give this card format a whirl. I must say folding the plastic is somewhat harder than cardstock but the opportunity to work with many layers was full of fun challenges! As you can see the clear plastic pieces are attached to float between the accordion paper frames with folds going in opposite directions. First 2 inside pages. Links to this post.

Saturday, June 14, 2014. Repurposing tall tissue boxes. I wanted more of my own work in my space so I decided to makeover a box with 4 individual panels. I embossed the panels and painted with distress stains and acrylics. This is the first I used Dina Wakley's new stamp set and I really enjoyed them! Sunday, August 1, 2010. I spent the day playing with snowmen (and women). With it being so hot here in Florida, it was nice to use stamps that gave me the feel that it was actually colder outside. This month at the Make It, Take It Claire is spotlighting some of the new sets from JustRite. (click on any picture to see a larger image). Thursday, December 31, 2009. You mean you have never seen a green snowflake before? Well this is all we really get in Florida! You can’t really blame me. I made this card to fit into 4 different challenges and the color scheme at Copic color challenge. Was YG03, BV02 and B93. I had to fudge a bit and used BV01. The card also completes sketch challenge 82 at A Spoonful of Sugar. Week 80 at Penny Black. Was to use a charm and finally Day 306 at 365 cards. 4 What my friends had to say. 2009 is dwindling down.
