Annapolis windsurfer qualifies for Olympics. The Capital, March 29, 2012, By Bill Wagner. Annapolis sailor Farrah Hall has officially qualified for the 2012 Summer Olympics, being hosted by London. Hall had already earned the right to represent the United States in female RS:X Windsurfing class through her. Performance at a series of regattas.
