Friday, April 27, 2012. Oh boy what fun i have had making key chains using vintage silverplate silverware, in this case forks. A neat thing about these key chains is they hang over the side of a purse pocket, adding a little "bling" decorative effect, but the best thing is you just grab the handle of the key chain, no more digging through your purse hunting for your keys. Tuesday, November 5, 2013. Year long Sabbatical Nears Finish. Well, I took the year off from making jewelry. That wasn't the plan but since i last made several pairs of earring in June I have not created a thing. What did i do with my time? The end of January, I started a weight loss plan and did fabulously (more on this later). I picked blackberries daily for quite a few weeks. Managed to freeze 3 gallons of organic blackberries. Sunday, September 25, 2011. Studio move going well, can't wait to sit down and create in the new space. Oh the move of jewelry tools to new area is going soooo WELL! I've got a whole LIST of items i want to make.maybe i'll take some time on my birthday this week as a treat to myself and just lose myself in pretty semi-precious jeweltone briolettes making up the necklaces and earrings that i've sketched out.
