You can buy stoneware (like a pizza stone) specifically for baking pizza, but I use a large metal pan and spread coarse cornmeal or semolina on the part of the pan where the dough will be placed. You can buy pizza dough in the supermarket or else a pizza restaurant will often also sell you fresh dough. Is it hard to make deep dish and thin crust at home?
