The concert was a charity benefit called Heavy and Light for To Write Love On Her Arms http:/ www.twloha.com/index.php. We stayed up later than I like, meaning past 9 pm 😀 but it was fun to get away from the valley. Then I got out early this morning to go for a run which was pretty slow but I got it done. And now I'm at school praying it's my last day. Labels: heavy and light.

December 6, 2013. Amazing cupcakes with a cream filled center! I have to disclose that I only ate 1/2 of one…and am very proud of myself for that! I also resisted eating these little guys. Basically because they are hard cookies, and I prefer mine soft, chewy, and a little undercooked (just a little heads up if any of you want to send me any cookies ;) . Happy New Year and 2013 In Review. December 31, 2013. Such a cliche’ title isn’t it! Set your goals, make a plan, and put in the work! Onto a little running and fun 2013 year end review! In January I finally added to my little corner of social media and joined instagram! January 24th was my blogs birthday! And I announced I would be training for and running Fargo Marathon in May! Freeze Your Caboose Off! In February I ran the local Freeze Your Caboose Off. I also continued to train for Fargo Marathon.

Moving house, moving counties, moving schools and welcoming our baby girl are just a few changes this year. Adapting could be another theme. Both are hard for me. It's been crazy and scary and busy and the best. And hard. So Hard. But I am so blessed by my amazing husband; my funny, sweet and wonderful kids, amazing kids! Xo to you all! From the Hawk's Nest.
