Last week I managed a 90kg bench press for the first time so I was hoping to do the same this week but somehow it didn’t happen. I walked three miles to work and had only eaten one tuna roll and a banana so maybe I was low on energy. Flat Bench Press: warm-up sets and then 3 reps @ 80kg, 3 sets of 2 reps @ 80kg.
