October 5th, 2014. Today was a descent day. I got a gym membership (finally) and spent almost 3 hours there. 2 of which were on the reclined bike thing. So I'm negative 220 cals for the day. :). Its been a while since I've done that. So yay! Powered by LiveJournal.com.

Today is a bit weird. I woke up at 0630 am because my brain was screaming at me to get off my ass and go for a walk. So I walked 3 miles in 50 minutes. My goal on that is to cut off a minute or two each time I go. Then I had cheerios for breakfast, potatoes with sour cream for lunch, and bell pepper stir fry for dinner. Today's total is 293.
