Day 1-the starting point. May 4, 2015. Ok so it’s 4:51pm and I have done 80 crunches, 50 plank and 100 jumping jacks already. I have already eaten about 144cals. But now my mum is making dinner so I’ll have to eat some of it so she won’t get suspicious. It’s nothing too bad tbh it’s not unhealthy it’s just has maybe over 500 cals. So how much I eat I will have to exersice it off. But tomorrow I will do what I usually do for dinner. I’ll share more tips and tricks tomorrow. Bye until tomorrow x.

July 3, 2016. I’ve had a rough journey. And now I’m gonna try and commit to this blog. The lowest weight I reached is 121lbs after that post. Since that last post my Highest has been 147lbs. But luckily I’m not at my highest today. But working on getting lower than my lowest. Today I haven’t eaten anything but my mums planning to make dinner so I guess I’ll have to either make something of my own or eat some of that so she doesn’t get suspicious. Day 1-the starting point. May 3, 2015. Hey lovely people im kittykatxx and this is beging of my journy ‘the skinny girl diet’. Right now im 12, and heres the pic pf my weight on the scales (this is the only scale I could find so I coloured the scale around the bit that tells you how much i way, sorry it’s grubby it’s old ).
