SO I got up at 5am this morning and resumed my running (got to the half way point and stopped as I wanted to throw up! Have also started tracking again today and have a lovely mushroom, corn and parmeson rissotto for lunch with my salad. MY ULTIMATE LONG TERM GOAL. Is to weigh between 70 and 73kg. Is to be healthy and happy and to have maintained my goal weight for 8 months.

Am so very surprised that I didnt put any extra weight on this weekend as its the week before TTOTM and for some reason I slipped straigth back into my shocking eating habits on Sunday and consumed way too much chocolate and chippies (CC's Cheese Surpreme of course) and only have myself to blame for it. Tuesday, February 07, 2006. Am back on track baby. I am the best chuck out the rest. I spent the rest of the evening looking after my sick husband - soup and toast in bed and a hot chocolate for dessert.
