I need to get back on track. My stomach is really wishing I would too. It has been extremely unhappy with me for the last week or so. I am promising myself that I will get back on track on Monday. I've had mixed success, losing lots of weight in the first week, then finding that they weight loss dwindled to 0.5/1 pound a week.
