I made a choice. a somewhat painful one at that. I don't like the thought of excersing let alone actually doing it! I seemed to have forgotten that Ry has actually had a personal trainer. Last night was my reminder! My loving honey has now introduced me to his loathing of the run-punch (an favourite time filler from his trainer Martin).
