Wednesday, March 24, 2010. Breakin it Down: The Courtesy Wave. For years I have been a proponent of a simple, yet often neglected, driving ettiquette tool that can make navigating busy roads a pleasure for simple minded folks like myself. When driving, many forget that alittle courtesy can go a long ways. And the ultimate in driving courtesy? Clearly, the courtesy wave. Here are some MLBDaddy tips for the courtesy waving newbie. When given the chance to do something nice on the roads, take full advantage.

Friday, July 24, 2009. Naming a Baby, Naw, Let's Name A Pontoon Boat. So MLBDaddy is going to be a daddy times 2 here in the next two months or so. A lot of thought has been going into the name for the second child. It's kinda a girl thing though, so most of the decision is going to be left up to MLBMommy. I kinda have a few ideas for a name, but none of them are that great. So here's the deal:. Here is a picture of the vessel for inspiration:. Friday, July 10, 2009. An Email to Enjoy. I would be extreme...

Participant and my dear friend, Jon. JON: I work from home. CRITIC: That must be nice. JON: Yeah, it’s a rare day when I wear pants to work. Dropping off to chirping crickets. So what does a vegan eat in a country that prides itself on a heritage of dairy supremacy? The Ride of a Lifetime… →. March 16, 2011 at 11:22 am.

MLB Daddy: May 2008
http://mlbdaddy.blogspot.com/2008_05_01_archive.html
Thursday, May 8, 2008. It's been quite a year. MLB came into the world exactly a year ago. I sorta started to tear up a bit in the shower this morning thinking about how far he has come and all the great things he has brought to MLBMommy and I. Without him, MLBDaddy and MLBMommy would still just be TB and Beejo, and that wouldn't be cool for anyone. He was properly outfitted with a new glove, ball, Big Red Bat and some Twins PJ's this morning (Pictures on www.beejo.typepad.com. To come soon). UPDATE:.

Thursday, June 12, 2008. Here is a list of 30 nouns (persons, places or things) that I think are either cool or lame. Your job is to copy the list into the comments section, then write next to it whether you think I think it is cool or lame. If you get 100% then you may or may not get a special prize. Here we go. Mary J Blige type sunglasses. Snood (The Computer Game). Shane Mack (Former MN Twin). Traveling to Europe in the Summer. Wednesday, June 11, 2008. An Ode to Summer. A time of warmth is very near.

Two appetites. Two perspectives. One blog. She said. She said. Cravings and Nesting – FINAL. So here I am with a little more than 4-weeks to go! It is amazing how much faster this pregnancy has gone by than my first with Elliot. I just don’t have a lot of time to think about it while keeping up with an almost 3-year-old! We will have another meal swap. Is providing right now. But I am looking for suggestions, so let’s hear them. While there, I also ordered fruit from Michigan that you can pre-order and p...

Two appetites. Two perspectives. One blog. She said. She said. Food for thought: staying healthy on the road. I’ve been in Chicago this week for my day job. This trip was super fun because I got to meet up with fellow blogger, Liz from DC. Liz and I met last summer at the Healthy Living Summit. Between my work travels and my personal travels, I feel I’ve created some pretty solid strategies for staying healthy while on the road. Stay hydrated. I find that if I’m at a conference, it is difficult to ge...

Tales from the Homefront: Do Your Best
http://pjstalesfromthehomefront.blogspot.com/2012/04/do-your-best.html
Sunday, April 15, 2012. With the warmer weather of spring we have been spending more time outside. I love the fresh air and the healthy activity level that outside play provides. All at a great price too.free! This new equipment has led to frequent tee ball games in the back yard. They both love to hit the ball and run the bases. I love to pitch to Lucy, set the tee up for Paige, and chase them around the bases. Growing up sports was a big part of my life. A lot of great childhood memories were creat...

Friday, February 18, 2011. Dude Report: March Madness Preparation. Two dude reports in a row! I will get back to posting about being a stay at home dad soon. The NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament is one of my favorite sporting events of the year. Now that we are over half way through February the countdown to March is really heating up. The Mountain West is for real. Both. Will make the Elite Eight and one will make the final four. I want to predict that. The ACC and is very weak this season. Are four tea...
