Okay, so as I said in my last post that I need to have a new plan of attack in both the diet and exercise part of my life. Wanting a Healthier Life. My progress good or bad in making my body healthy. Monday, July 6, 2009. Haven't posted in a while. Just letting everyone know that I havent quit. I just havent been blogging. I have been working on my running, and run for speed MWF and for distance T,Th. I have got my mile time down to 9:38. I have been taking it easy, sitting around, and finfing any reason not to do what I need to do. I talked with my girlfriend today and we decided that we are going to have to set up a plan and then execute that plan. It will include workouts and meals. Im sick of feeling fat again. I am a sucker for potato salad and had a good amount of it. I kept everything else in moderate control and only drank on Saturday because it was my girlfriends surprise party.
