Le climat semi continental de cette région vallonnée subit malgré tout les influences marines avec des printemps pluvieux et des étés chauds et secs. Depuis le début de notre activité en 2006 nous avons fait le choix de pratiquer sur l’ensemble du domaine une viticulture biologique respectueuse de l’environnement selon les principes de la biodynamie.

Issu de jeunes vignes de Sangiovese, le Rosso possède une structure ferme et un caractère aérien où l’on retrouve le fruit et la rusticité du cépage. Le lieu dit Poggio Cuccule est le secteur le plus aride du domaine sur lequel les vieilles vignes de Sangiovese révèlent le terroir à travers la finesse du grain et la profondeur de l’expression. Le Ciliegiolo est un cépage autochtone qui produit un vin de convivialité au caractère singulier, à la fois souple, gourmand et chaleureux.

Notre oliveraie plantée en terrasses produit des olives des variétés Moraiolo et Frantonio.
