Monday, June 27, 2011. I am doing relatively well. I'm going to the gym and working out, weights and 30 mins of cardio at a clip. On sunny days, I walk around my "block" which is 3.5 miles. ALSO- I got tired of feeling sorry for myself so I joined a women's rugby team, and will be practicing on Tues/Thurs. Rugby is very physically demanding, but the alcohol typically consumed after games will be tricky to navigate. I don't have to worry about that until fall though. Good to hear you are doing well!

May 4, 2009} Monday – Very True Indeed – Confessions. Okay, this confession thing isn’t as easy as I thought, being that you’re supposed to really confess. yeah, even about the not-so-great stuff. I DID NOT exercize yesterday. In fact, I barely moved from my desk, where I worked my ass off because of a deadline. I DID NOT exercise today either. The weather is terrible, and it makes me feel fat and depressed and lose any motivation at all (not just in healthy-eating and exercising). Damn headache, go away!

April 30, 2009} Weekly Weigh-In. Yeah, I missed the Wednesday Weigh-In, but I did comment on April post. At the Sisterhood,. And YAY for me! Not only did I lose 1.9 kg (4.2 lbs) but I lost 2.2 kg (4.8 lbs ) this week and one percent fat since September. Turns out the scales at my nutritionist’s and at the gym are almost sync. Devoting time to workout each and every day has really worked for me so far. I’m not very hard on myself and I do consider even ten minutes of Youtube Yoga. Enter your comment here.

Weight loss journey starts now! Weigh day – Week 8. September 6, 2015. So this week I stepped on the scales, full of anticipation. I had lost my mojo, and I wanted it back! I decided that I would get back on the wagon and continue to get the weight losses that I needed! I didn’t manage any exercise this week as the weather is so dull and rainy! I’m so happy with that!
