Monday, November 16, 2009. I found these images on 'O Globo', Brazil's number one news agency. This guy is fucking scary. If cops look like this I would much rather have my neighborhood be patrolled by 12 year old kids, high on cocaine carrying ak47's. Here's a fun fact: The police in Rio kill about 1000 people a year.
