Sunday, November 23, 2008. Hello all our friends and family. I apologize that I haven't been very good at keeping up the blog. Since our trip to Hawaii we were home for 2 weeks - long enough to get caught up with laundry, groceries, and bills - then Mark and I headed out for a few days to LA. I forgot to mention in my last post. Amanda had a dentist appointment yesterday. We actually went an entire 6 months this time! Friday, July 3, 2009. I am behind in posting (as usual) and still have some fabulous pix and stories from our trip to Texas to post, but our big news today is. Amanda has lost another tooth! This one has been pretty loose for weeks (she was going to pull it out when we were in TX last month! Thursday, September 25, 2008. Veggie Tales, Power Paws and Tap! A couple of weeks ago we went to see the Veggie Tales - Live! They were at our church for some special performances. We went with Grandpa, Miss Pennie, her son and his wife, and their daughters. Everyone had a great time! If you don't know about Veggie Tales, you must not have young kids! I have a feeling we're going to have quite a collection by the end of the year. Amanda is in dance again this year, and is in the Tap and Tumbling class...

Thursday, July 24, 2008. Potty Training - Day 2! Today was day 2 of our mission to say bye-bye to diapers in the Walter house! Yesterday did not go great. after our initial success in the AM, we went through 3 Pull Ups before mommy decided that wasn't working. After naptime we went to training undies, and while there was no more pee-pee in the potty, he did manage to keep them dry for the hour he had them on. Then after naptime, he really wanted the undies again! GREAT JOB, ANDREW! Potty Training - Day 1.

Sunday, April 26, 2009. The tooth fairy will be making another visit to the Walter home tonight. Amanda lost another tooth! It's one of the top ones that she almost knocked out a year and a half ago, so it's amazing it has lasted this long. Friday, January 16, 2009. Nothing exciting to report, and no new pictures. Just a note to say the kiddos are still sick - Andrew since Saturday afternoon, and Amanda since Monday afternoon. We have been stuck at home all week with the exception of a few errands, and Grandpa came by yesterday morning so I could go for a run. Saturday, December 20, 2008. We woke up Monday morning to snow on the ground! This was especially a treat because we usually don't get snow before Christmas, and because the one time we got snow last year, Amanda and I were out of town, so she didn't get to enjoy it.
