Is the Thai New Year celebrated every year from April 13 through April 15. This holiday falls at the end of the dry season, which is the hottest time of the year in which temperatures can rise as high as 100 degrees! One thing that is done a lot during this holiday is the throwing of water. So today I went to see what Songkhran. That was packed with people throwing water.
