BeMiTec AG was started in January 2006 as a spin-off of the Ferdinand-Braun-Institut, Leibniz-Institut für Höchstfrequenztechnik (FBH). To transfer research results to products and to market them commercially. BeMiTec concentrates on efficient high power discrete devices and MMICs in GaN technology.
