If you used plain ground turkey SEASON IT NOW. Throw in veggies. Think good stuff like zucchini (or other squash), onions, eggplant, mushrooms, garlic, etc. Let those bad boys cook until they're almost soft. Add the turkey back in, along with some tomato paste and a little bit of tomato sauce. Let cook until nice and incorporated.
