Fourth Dimension Youth Advancement Program. YAP’s THPP Plus provides participating youth with a housing living situation in which he/she will share a bedroom with a roommate. THP Plus is a structured program for former foster youth (ages 18-24) who have aged out of the foster care system. YAP provides subsidized housing, one-on-one counseling, support and technical assistance to former foster youth who lack families or other support systems to help them make their way in the world.
