Fitness- Do 20 pushups, crunches, and lunges each day, walk for 30 minutes every day, practice your favorite sports every day, walk up and down stairs for 3 minutes each day. Health- Eat one more fruit than you normally do every day, more veggies every day, cook for yourself three times a week, eat breakfast every day. Fitness- Run for 10 minutes every day, do a 40-minute workout three times a week, do abs for 10 minutes every day. Let's get to it!

Become A Fearless Fittest. Saturday, May 16, 2015. The Healthy Grilled Cheese. Two slices of bread. First you want to butter the bread, butter one side of each piece of bread. Put a pan on the stove and start to warm pan, medium heat. When pan is warmed up place bread, butter side down, on pan. Cut cheese in thin slices and put slices of cheese on the piece of bread on the pan. Take half an avocado and slice it then put avocado on top of the cheese slices that are on the bread. Wait for the sides to brown.
